When you submit a service request we collect the information you enter: first name, ZIP code, phone number, email address, property type, the type of service needed, your description of the request and your timing preference. We also record that you agreed to be contacted, the date and time of that agreement, and the version of the consent language shown to you.

If you submit the contractor interest form, we collect your company name, contact name, email, phone, website, service area, services offered and your message.

We do not ask for your street address, payment details, financial information or government identifiers.

We use your information to process your request, to contact you about it, and to share it with independent local service providers so they can contact you about the request you submitted. We may also use it to operate, maintain and improve the service and to comply with legal obligations.

Service requests may be shared with one or more independent local heating and HVAC providers. Those providers are separate businesses and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy practices. We also use service providers that help us operate the site, such as hosting and email delivery vendors. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

By submitting a request you agree that Grand Rapids Furnace and the independent providers your request is shared with may contact you by phone, text or email at the contact details you provided, about that request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time by replying to a message or emailing us.

Requests are stored in a secured database and are not publicly readable. We retain request records for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal requirements. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

The site may use standard web analytics to understand traffic and improve the experience. Any analytics used are configured to measure site usage, not to collect the contents of your service request.

The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing leads@grandrapidsfurnace.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
