Terms of Use

Grand Rapids Furnace is a lead-generation and referral service. We are not an HVAC contractor. We do not install, repair, maintain, inspect or diagnose heating equipment, and we do not employ technicians. Submitting a request creates no contract for heating work between you and Grand Rapids Furnace.

Service requests may be shared with independent local service providers. Those providers are independent businesses, not our employees, agents or partners. They are solely responsible for their licensing, insurance, availability, scheduling, diagnosis, recommendations, pricing, workmanship, warranties and compliance with applicable law. You are responsible for verifying any provider's credentials before hiring them.

We do not guarantee that any provider will contact you, that a provider is available in your area, that you will receive any particular number of responses or quotes, or that any work will be performed at a particular price or within a particular timeframe. We do not offer emergency dispatch or around-the-clock service.

Content on this site is general information about requesting furnace service. It is not technical, diagnostic, safety, repair or installation advice, and it should not be relied on as such. Always use a qualified professional for heating work. If you smell gas or a carbon monoxide alarm sounds, leave the building and contact your utility company or emergency services.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that the phone number and email address are yours or that you are authorized to provide them, and that you consent to be contacted about your request by Grand Rapids Furnace and the independent providers your request is shared with. You agree not to submit false, unlawful or abusive requests, and not to use the site to scrape, resell or disrupt the service.

The site and the service are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grand Rapids Furnace is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of work performed or not performed by any independent provider.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
